Briodagh Promoted to Editor-in-Chief, Embedded Computing Design

Embedded Computing Design (ECD) is excited to announce that Ken Briodagh, formerly Senior Technology Editor, has been promoted to the property’s Editor-in-Chief position, effective immediately. In his year-plus at ECD, Ken has proven he has the experience and the ideas needed to take ECD to the next level, helping the fulfill the promise of “helping engineers do their jobs.”

Ken has more than two decades of writing and editing experience, as well as a lot of exposure to the embedded and IoT industries, which is the path that ECD will continue to follow. He plans to expand the multimedia and social media offerings right off the bat, and will continue to write blogs and design articles, create/shoot videos, and appear on ECD’s podcasts.

“Promoting Ken will help ECD achieve its goals of being forefront on the engineer’s mind and as one of the valuable tools in his arsenal,” says Rich Nass, Executive Vice President of Embedded Computing Design. “We’re confident Ken understand the needs and pains of the engineer, who job continues to become more complex.”
